Philip is a professional company director following a career in the retail industry. He has been on the board of Fronde (formerly Synergy International) since 2000 and Chairman since 2004. He is currently chairman of both Partnership Wellington Trust (Positively Wellington Tourism) and Retail Training NZ Inc (the Retail Industry Training Organisation). He is also a non-executive director of Kirkcaldie & Stains Ltd and Save the Children NZ.
Rick Bettle is a professional director and sits on the boards of Macquarie Goodman NZ, Southport Ltd, Revera, Baker & Associate and WQI. He is also the chairman of Dominion Finance, ATTTO, Civil Aviation Authority and Ovita.
David Irving is the co-founder and former CEO of Synergy. He is also a director of Smartlinx3 and on the All of Government Advisory Board. He began his IT career in computer operations in 1973 and subsequently moved onto programming, business and systems analysis and project management. David’s IT experience spans manufacturing, local government and the banking and electricity industries.
Sandy Maier is a financial, human resources and strategic management consultant. He holds a number of directorships, including Mighty River Power, McConnell International Ltd, Green Acres franchise group, and several others.
Penny is an arbitrator and mediator and is an accredited member of the Institute of Directors. She was formerly CEO of the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand Inc and is a Fellow Arbitrator of the Institute. Penny has an agricultural background and has held various representative roles in the farming sector and dairy industry. She is a council member of the Veterinary Council of New Zealand.
